A very little Help!

Maybe you have some trouble with Flash Player Settings: Privacy and devices (microphone). If you want you can read Adobe Privacy or this few lines.

Privacy settings
An interface lets the user set persistent privacy settings per domain that control access by Flash applications to the system’s camera and microphone. The default is to ask the user, and Flash Player denies access to the camera and microphone if the user does not explicitly grant access. In the example shown below, the user has chosen to permanently allow access from [website]. (The user can change this setting by using the Global Privacy Settings tab in the Settings Manager, if desired, right  mouse click).

Microphone settings
An interface lets the user set microphone configuration. This panel does not have direct security or privacy implications. Use the Privacy settings to control whether the microphone is accessible to Flash applications.
